Over the past five years, CMETrust supporters have, on their own accord, undertaken a number of creative fund and awareness raising activities, from providing donations in lieu of gifts or on behalf of wedding guests (instead of table favours)…

- to hosting a speed-dating event or a pumpkin carving contest…

- to selling your art/crafts or running for our cause in local races.

High school student groups/clubs across the country have also fundraised for their peers in Mathare through civvies days, noodle sales and a “wake-a-thon”.

We really appreciate all these individual efforts at raising much needed funds to support CMETrust scholars, and at raising awareness of our organization and the work we do.
