Bethany Wambui is 15 years old. She is an orphan, but lives with her aunt and 2 sisters. Bethany attended Valley View Academy primary school and her favourite subject is English. She enjoys playing soccer and signing in the choir, and Bethany wants to study medicine so she can be a doctor when she grows up.
Elizabeth Wanza is 15 years old. She lives with her mother, 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Elizabeth attended Valley View Academy primary school and her favourite subject is science. She enjoys music, and wants to study medicine so that she can be a doctor when she grows up “to help Mathare people”.
Florence Mwanisa is 15 years old. She lives with her parents, and has two younger brothers. She attended Eishadai Educational Centre primary school and her favourite subject is science. Florence Mwanisa enjoys playing football and racing, and she wants to be a airplane pilot when she grows up.
Mourine Atieno is 15 years old. She has 3 brothers and 5 sisters, and lives with her mother. Mourine attended Precious Kids primary school and her favourite subjects are math and English. She enjoys debating and playing netball & volleyball. Mourine wants to attend secondary school to further her education, she wants to study nursing.
Ibrahim Opondo is 16 years old. He is an orphan, and lives with his uncle and younger sister and brother. Ibrahim attended Mathare Community Education and Development Organization primary school and his favourite subject is history. Ibrahim enjoys drama and playing football. He would like to be a lawyer when he grows up.

She wants to attend secondary school to expand her knowledge and become a responsible citizen. Faith would like to be a nurse when grows up.

She would like to be a doctor when she grows up.
